I need to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to cancel your appointment, we are happy to reschedule to a more convenient time/date or issue a full refund of your pre-payment provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours’ notice from the start of your appointment.
To cancel or to rearrange an appointment, please contact us on either hello@stirlingprivatemedicalgroup.com or 01786 388 837.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, we may not be able to offer a full refund of your pre-payment if we’re unable to re-use your time slot to support other patients. We will, of course, look to rearrange your appointment for a different date/time.
If you don’t attend your appointment and you don’t inform us, no refund of your pre-payment will be due.
I’m Running Late
We understand it’s not always possible to predict traffic, train timetables or even when your last meeting finishes. So if you’re running late for your appointment, please let us know at the earliest opportunity by contacting us on either hello@stirlingprivatemedicalgroup.com or 01786 388 837.
We’ll try our hardest to fit you into the schedule, but this may not always be possible. In such circumstances, if we’re unable to re-use your time slot to support other patients, we may not be able to offer a full refund of your pre-payment, and we will look to rearrange your appointment for a different date/time.
