Yes, in fact, we recommend you stay registered with your NHS GP practice to ensure assistance in the event of a medical emergency.

Only with your permission will we share your treatment with us with your registered GP.

You will need to call 999 as we're equipped to cover routine check-ups, not emergencies.

In addition to English, across our Team we have full professional proficiency in French and Spanish. We can also arrange for a specialist translator if necessary.
If you require an appointment in a language other than English, please Contact Us before booking.

We offer three length of Private GP and Nurse Consultations:
20 Minutes (Express)
30 Minutes (Standard)
60 Minutes (Extended)

We build a little room into our schedule so you'll don't feel hurried during your appointment.
We'll advise you as we approach the end of your allotted time so you can take the decision whether to extend the appointment or not (subject to availability and additional charge).

We operate strictly by appointment only.

Yes, we offer Home Visits during clinic opening hours, charged by the hour inclusive of travel.

Consultations include any private prescriptions that may be required.
Please be aware that all prescriptions are “Private” and will incur a fee at a pharmacy.

Fees can be securely paid by credit or debit card when you book online or over the phone, or by BACS (please contact us account details).
If your employer pays for your consultation, we can raise an invoice for their accounts department prior to the appointment.

As a preference we will always aim to keep you with your first point-of-contact GP, however, varying work patterns mean you may have wait until your Doctor is available.
Alternatively, you may prefer to see one of our other highly experienced Doctors.
All of our GPs are able to carry out routine consultations however, should we feel you may be better placed with a particular Doctor, we will discuss this with you at the time of booking.

We can't offer a fit note, but we provide a supporting letter for your employer for an additional fee of £15.

In short, we offer a full refund for cancellations where we're notified over 48 hours in advance of you appointment.
For cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment, late arrivals and missed appointments, we may not be able to offer a full refund of your pre-payment if we’re unable to re-use your time slot to support other patients.
