MEDICAL DIRECTOr & Private GPGraduating from the University of Dundee School of Medicine in 2000, Dr. Caroline built her reputation as a trusted family Doctor (GMC no. 4730343) and Senior Partner at Allan Park Medical Practice in Stirling, where she supervised and trained many GP’s locally.
She has passionate about lifestyle medicine and longevity, and believes many diseases can be prevented or cured with the correct lifestyle advice and attention to early warning signs of serious illness.
She is a real ‘people person’ who enjoys getting to know her patients without the time constraints placed on NHS care.

Private GPElaine graduated Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Dundee School of Medicine in 2011.
After undertaking hospital training, Elaine qualified as a GP (GMC no. 7134026) in 2018, working closely alongside Dr. Caroline at Allan Park Medical Practice.
Elaine is passionate about providing high quality, patient centred care within the community for everyone from paediatrics to older adults. Having a holistic approach to all is of the utmost importance, and being able to provide the time needed to address each patients concerns across the broad spectrum of conditions commonly seen in general practice along with continuity of care is the main driver for joining the team at Stirling Private Medical Group.

Clinic NurseAfter graduating (MA Hons) in Modern Languages, Becky qualified with Distinction as an RGN from Napier University Edinburgh in 2001.
Becky has worked as a nurse specialist with chest, heart and stroke patients for the last 15 years, helping them make favourable and sustainable lifestyle choices.
An exciting change in direction brings her to Women’s Health & Wellbeing, where she draws on her holistic approach and engage with woman to guide and support them through the perimenopause and menopause stages of life.
As a British Menopause Society Advisor and British Menopause Society Accredited Nurse Specialist, Becky offers knowledgeable advice and support in her friendly and relaxed style.
